RAW MATERIAL FACTORY

· Started from 2009, located in Wuhu , Anhui Province, covering an area of about 190,000 square meters.

· It integrates the bleaching, dyeing and printing fabric production for all kinds of home textile products. Meanwhile, it is also engaged in washing and processing of down and feather.

· 1. the Down and Feather Material Factory

· It has been cooperating with slaughter houses for a long time, controls quality from the beginning, and has advanced production equipment such as high-precision sorting machines; It has in house CNAS certified laboratory, which can carry out testing for cleanliness, content, moisture, filling power, APEO and so on. Besides, the factory has the most advanced traceability system. It processes about 15,000 tons of washed down and feather yearly. Through the "industry, university and research" cooperation, we have actively developed a series of innovative down products, such as "recycled down", "anti-bacteria and anti-mite down", "waterproof down" and so on.

· 2. the Fabric Factory

· It has 4 production units, producing all kinds of white, bleached, dyed and printed fabrics. It mainly produces and sells all kinds of high-specification home textile fabrics. It also owns a lab which can test shrinkage, PH, tearing strength, Martindale abrasion resistance, air permeability, down proofness and so on. It has 2 bleaching production lines, with an annual capacity of 30 million meters and rotary pigment printing production line with an annual capacity of 20 million meters. To avoid optical brightener contamination, it has a special line for natural white with an annual production capacity of 20 million meters. Furthermore, it has introduced high-end European production equipment and technology from Germany. It produces high-end K&S fabrics 10 million meters each year.
