PRODUCT FACTORY

· Started from 2011, located in Linyi , Shandong Province, covering an area of about 60,000 square meters. 

· Specializes in producing all kinds of sofa covers, chair covers and other home textile products with an annual production capacity of 3 million pieces of sofa sets.

· In the cutting workshop, automatic spreading machine and cutting equipment achieve high efficiency. In the stitching workshop, automatic hanging system is used to reduce internal transportation and improves quality. In the packing workshop, automatic packing equipment is used. Besides, it is also equipped with automatic warehouse with WMS. In particular, it has independently developed customized automatic sewing equipment for chair covers, sofa covers and other products, which greatly reduces the dependence on stitchers and improves the quality of the products.

PRODUCT FACTORY

· Started from 2016 and located in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, the factory covers an area of about 80,000 square meters. 

· It is a modern factory integrating the production of synthetic filling materials and  home textile products. It specializes in the production of various filling materials and home textile products with synthetic fillings, including quilts, pillows, mattress protectors, pillowcases, bedspreads, etc. 

· The quilting workshop is equipped with multiple fully automatic production lines, including single-needle/multi-needle quilting machines, integrated carding and quilting machines, imported ETON hanging lines, automatic fabric spreading machines, automatic cutting machines, automatic cotton filling machines, and automatic compression and sealing machines. The professional pillow and cushion workshop offers both direct filling and carding filling methods, with an annual production capacity of over 10 million pillows. The wadding workshop is equipped with advanced automatic weighing and feeding machines and self-adjusting evenness instruments to ensure the uniformity of the wadding. In the field of wadding-filled products, the factory has developed the needle-punched cotton product, "Elastic Fiber® wadding",which offers a latex-like feel, suitable for making mattress products with yellowing resistance. It is dust-free and much safer. The factory has also developed compressed polyester wadding containing natural fibers such as hemp and bamboo, which are naturally antibacterial and breathable. In the fields of glue-free cotton and spraying-bonded cotton wadding, the factory has exclusive patented products and are constantly enriching its series of products, always committed to providing high-quality products for customers and consumers.

WUHU DONGLONG HOME TEXTILE CO., LTD.

PRODUCT FACTORY

· Started from 2018, located in Wuhu, Anhui Province, covering an area of about 100,000 square meters.

· Specializes in the production of down and feather quilts, down and feather pillows, feather cushions, poly cushions, chair pads, mattress protectors and other home textile products. It has yearly capacity of 3 million down and feather quilts, 3 million down pillows , 10 million feather cushions, and other fancy cushions, foam products and latex products each year.

· Many kinds of automatic equipment are used in the factory, including automatic cutting, quilting, filling machines, and intelligent warehouses. The newly built No.1 production workshop covers a building area of 13,000 square meters. The intelligent warehouse covers a building area of 9,102 square meters and contains a total of 8,500 storage locations, greatly improving the warehousing management ability and logistics efficiency of the factory.
