In recent years, Donglong Group has invested about 40 million RMB to upgrade and expand the original bleaching wastewater treatment facilities, making wastewater treatment more efficient and environmentally friendly. A down water recycling treatment system was built, and more than 90% of down production water was recycled. At the same time, an exhaust gas collection and treatment device was installed, so that the discharged exhaust gas achieved better results, and a large amount of biogas generated by the sewage treatment system was innovatively utilized, which not only reduced the emission of carbon dioxide, but also converted the collected biogas into steam fuel, realizing the maximum recovery of resources. In the use of clean energy, the photovoltaic power station was built by upgrading the roof of the factory building in an all-round way, and its power generation accounted for about 20% of the company's total consumption, effectively using natural energy.
